Rhiley was brought into my life when my brother brought her home to us. My parents consistently told him no, but as soon as he brought home this sweet bundle of joy, how could we say no?
Rhiley LOVED to swim! Rhiley’s favorite thing to do was pretend she was superman (or superwoman in this case) and dive right into the water! Rhiley would dive off a pier, boat, or diving board! Rhiley also loved playing ball. She was so quick and so happy to bring it back to you just so she could chase it again. Not to mention, Rhiley was part pig and never turned down a meal!
Rhiley was definitely the most strong dog I’ve ever met. I am a Veterinary Technician and I see a lot o strong dogs who fight off/ against so much throughout their lives. Rhiley had surgery to fix her knees, tumors, and even went through chemotherapy to fight against Lymphome. Rhiley beat the terrible C once, but unfortunately took her away from us. Rhiley will always have a place in my heart.
I work in an animal hospital, so I could not work with Rhiley still at the hospital. Luckily, Pet Memorial is used at my sister-in-law’s veterinary clinic and they allowed us to bring Rhiley there. I am so thankful they made this process so easy on me and now I have a necklace with her ashes close to my heart.
