We met Lucy in August of 2003 ..she was sitting among tons of puppies and when I picked her up she put her head on my chest…I was hooked..she came home with us the next day.
Lucy loved food!!! She loved her brothers Ryan and Justin and dad,Marty. She loved treats!!! She went crazy when I would cook bacon and usually won out and got a piece. When she was young she loved pulling the stuffing out of any toy we bought her.She loved chasing the water coming out of the hose in the summer and chasing leaves in the fall when the wind would blow them. She loved belly rubs and her friends that she met along the way..Phoebe,Lola and cousin Madge.
Lucy was the sweetest little girl and everyone instantly fell in love with her. When she trotted around her tail looked like it was a propeller and always made everyone laugh..She knew when we were sad and would sit on our laps..she knew when we were headed out the door to go out and would jump up to come..if she was not included she let us she wasnt happy about it..we love her with all our hearts and are so heartbroekn she is gone..she will always be our little girl.
When we received her ashes and her paw print everything was done so beautifully and it was everything we hoped it would be to honor our Lucy. The certificate assured me she was handled with love and that we got our Lucy’s ashes back. We thank you for taking care of her.
